Bernhard Tritsch
I am a widely recognized IT system architect and market analyst, focused on Microsoft-based computing solutions and technologies. I have more than 15 years’ experience in IT research, system tools development for Windows-based platforms, and large-scale application server projects.

Over the last years, I have published many technical articles and several best-selling books, such as “Microsoft Windows Server 2003 Terminal Services” (Microsoft Press). I am a frequent speaker at leading international events. Every year since 2004 I was announced a Microsoft Most Valuable Professional (MVP) for Windows Server - Terminal Server.

I hold an equivalent to a PhD in Computer Science from the Technical University in Darmstadt (Germany) and an equivalent to an MSc in Physics from the University in Freiburg (Germany).

He has earned degrees in Computer Science, Avionics, and Electronics. After finishing up college he went on to work in the Computer industry as a Consultant, where he has since worked for both Microsoft and Citrix.

Ramzy Mansour is a established Citrix and Terminal Server expert since the early Winview and hydra days. He couldn’t take his hand off Citrix since these days and started his professional career as consultant in Europe and later in South and North America. He implemented and co-designed the first Citrix ASP solution in Europe and is specialised in enterprise projects.
Ramzy eventually made into Citrix by the end of 2005 and is responsible for the Printing and performance FAST support group

Serhat Toktamisoglu is a senior member of Citrix Global Development Analysis Team (part of the Escalation Team in EMEA). He is a Computer Engineer particularly interested in Windows Internals, Debugging on Windows, Reverse Engineering and .NET programming. Before joining Citrix, he worked in Microsoft EPDC Ireland as well as in some software houses as a senior programmer. He is an avid reader and an amateur Robotics hobbyist.

Dmitry Vostokov is a recognized expert in Windows internals and memory dump analysis. He is the author of several books about crash dump analysis, debugging unmanaged code, device drivers and troubleshooting tools architecture, design and implementation. Dmitry maintains Crash Dump Analysis Portal (http://www.DumpAnalysis.org). Prior to Citrix he was involved in software development projects in variety of industries and had jointly designed and implemented software quality tools used by many companies worldwide. He started his professional career as a designer and developer of the first pioneer Windows applications for voice recognition, verification and speech synthesis.

Jakob Østergaard has worked with IT his entire life and knows something about most major products. He is a founding member of SMS PASSCODE, where he is responsible for the deployments of SMS PASSCODE with leading corporations. His many years of “real-world” experience give an advantage in R&D and the idea to the first version of SMS PASSCODE in 2004. Prior to founding SMS PASSCODE, he was founder and Technical manager of Conecto A/S, a leading consulting company within the area of mobile- and security solutions with special emphasis on Citrix, Blackberry and other mobile solutions. His primary focus here are optimizations for Citrix to make it possible to work everywhere even over the worst mobile connections.

Dave Northey joined Microsoft Ireland ten years ago and has worked in both Consultancy and technical Pre-Sales. He currently works within the Developer and Platform Group, where he focuses on the underlying infrastructure (Windows Server & Client, Active Directory, Management & Security products). He became one of the first one hundred Microsoft Certified Systems Engineers in the world whilst working for AT&T in the UK as a country support specialist within their networking team. Dave has a wealth of knowledge and experience to offer, as has been working in the IT industry for over a quarter of a century.

Aidan Finn has been working with (i.e. breaking) large and complex IT infrastructures since 1996.  He's worked as a consultant, contractor and engineer in government, financial, transport and other such organisations.  He's specialised in Microsoft-based infrastructure and can be found playing with things such as Microsoft Windows Server and System Center products.  Currently he's employed as the Senior System and Infrastructure Engineer with C Infinity.  He is the head of the Windows Server 2008 User Group Ireland, he's currently contributing to the writing of two publications for Wiley/Sybex publishing and he blogs a bit whenever he has some time (http://joeelway.spaces.live.com/).

Neil Spellings is an independant server-based computing consultant living and working in the UK. He has over 12 years IT experience, much of that in the server-based computing field. He has designed and built Citrix farms for some of the worlds largest financial institutions and is now working as principle Citrix architect on a large "fat to thin" migration project for one of the big five "Magic Circle" law firms.

Max Ranzau has been in the SBC community since the mid-90's, Working as a Sr. Systems engineer and Citrix trainer since '97. He trained 1200 individuals in both Scandinavia and the US. Max relocated to the states in 2001 working for the Titanic of SBC, Futurelink - serving enterprise customers in the western region. In late 2001 he moved back to Denmark where he co-founded a VA distribution company in Denmark. This was where he introduced the RES PowerFuse and SoftGrid products onto the Danish market. Having worked with the RES products now for almost 7 years, late last year, Max took the position as an Enterprise Consultant at RES Software.

Richard Eilenberger. I have worked for 10 years in the IT industry, with these past five years focused on the SBC administration and consultancy.  My terminal service career has focused on the delivery of financial services for Fortune 400 organizations within the Banking and Manufacturing sectors in the United States.  Most recently I have joined RES Software USA, where I am glad to serve as a strong advocate and evangelizer for the concept of User Workspace Management.

Chris Marks is the Solution Architect for Esteem Systems Ltd, Platinum Partner and one of the few Authorised Support Centres (ASC's) in the UK - http://www.esteem.co.uk/. He has been working with Server Based Computing for 10 years and was one of the first Certified Citrix Instructor's (CCI's) in Europe. His role takes him into some of the largest Server-based computing implementations in the UK and Europe - delivering Consultancy and Managed Services to thousands of server implemetations each year.

Daniel Schoppmann is an IT Architect working for bebit Informationstechnik GmbH in Mannheim, Germany since 2001. At bebit he is responsible for all the central CITRIX and VMware Farms that bebit's is providing in his datacenters for its ASP Clients. Ruben Spruijt
is a senior infrastructure consultant of PQR, Citrix Platinum Solution Advisor in the Netherlands. His role includes responsibility for the implementation and migration of complex and large ICT infrastructures.

His primary focus is on Citrix Access solutions, Hardware- and Software Virtualization. Sam presented in a panel while working for Citrix at PubForum in Dublin in 2005 and again with Microcost on the subject of 'Enterprise Web 2.0: The future of application delivery over the Internet'.

Stefan Vermeulen works as a technical consultant for Cognos, a BI and CPM software company. Stefan has 5 years of experience in Terminal Server and Citrix solutions. He has created and manages www.printingsupport.com to provide support and information for printing difficulties in SBC environments. The concept of troubleshooting and optimizing printing in SBC has also lead Stefan to presenting on this topic at Citrix CSEIT, BriForum, and PubForum. Stefan was awarded a Microsoft MVP for his contributions to the community in January 2006. You can find Stefan in the official Citrix forums, where he often posts.

Sander Hofman is Technical Consultant for Real Enterprise Solutions. Sander was already a professional in Windows and Terminal Server environments before joining RES in 2003 as Senior Engineer. Shawn Bass is an independent consultant that specializes in Server Based Computing technology. He has been involved in Citrix related technologies since the WinView product and has worked through each new version of Citrix’s products over the years. Most of Shawn’s consulting engagements are in the Fortune 500 space and many of them are in Financial Services and Insurance. He is an active poster in a variety of Citrix-related support forums. Simon Frost
has been with Citrix since 1998. He has worked on many aspects of Presentation Server, in particular the ICA protocol and Management Products. Simon led the team which produced the first version of MetaFrame for UNIX. More recently Simon has been working on mobility considerations for Citrix products and on the Access Essentials product line. Prior to Citrix, Simon worked for Insignia Solutions developing PC emulation solutions, including the 16 bit VDM included in Microsoft Windows NT.

Thomas Kötzing (Koetzing). Thomas has been working with Citrix products since 1998 as a system administrator, consultant, and freelancer. Since March 2006 he has been an independent freelancer for Server Based Computing and virtualization. In previous jobs he was responsible for the worldwide Exchange system, central Backup, and data center virtualization. Even though Thomas works in the IT industry, he has a bachelor degree in mechanical engineering.

In 2003, Thomas started posting in the official Citrix support forums with the alias “CITRIX4GE” and very quickly became one of the top posters. Later on launched the website http://www.citrix4ge.de/ThomasKoetzing. in the February 2006. His website is famous for Citrix / Terminal Server FAQ and Web Interface customizations.

Citrix invited Thomas to speak at the “Citrix Support & Engineering Institute of Technology” (CSEIT) in October 2004. He also presented at BriForum 2005/2006, PubForum 2005, SBC Solution Forum 2005 and at the Citrix User Group Norway 2006. Thomas has also written several articles posted on BrianMadden.com as well on his own new domain ThomasKoetzing.de. In July 2006 Microsoft awarded Thomas as a Most Valuable Professional (MVP) for Terminal Server and in the same month Thomas was also awarded as Citrix Technology Professional (CTP).

Thomas Monahan
is currently working as a global escalation engineer for Citrix. The escalation team deals with customer reported problems that other teams can’t solve, taking ownership of the problem until it is resolved, typically using a combination of advanced debugging techniques, source code navigation and engagement with development teams. Thomas takes special interest in issues with kernel and application crashes, the Termserv stack and the newer technologies such as AIE’s and Application streaming, Memory Optimization, Virtual IP addressing and Provisioning Server.
